When you create an account or purchase a license, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we never store card numbers). We also collect usage data such as device activations, event counts, and feature usage to improve the product.

If your guests interact with galleries or QR-shared media, we collect the photos and videos captured during events, along with basic access logs (IP address, browser type).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the MirrorlessBooth service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (receipts, license keys, event notifications)
• Improve the product based on aggregated usage patterns
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your event photos or guest media for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate MirrorlessBooth:

• Stripe: payment processing
• Vercel: hosting and deployment
• PostHog: product analytics (anonymized)
• Supabase: database and file storage
• Resend: transactional email delivery

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and follow security best practices including environment-separated credentials and principle of least privilege access.

You can request to:

• Access all personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
