1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MirrorlessBooth software, you agree to these terms. If you are using MirrorlessBooth on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. The Service
MirrorlessBooth provides photobooth operating software including camera control, event management, guest galleries, booking pages, and a cloud dashboard. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts & Licenses
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each license key is tied to a subscription plan and may be activated on a limited number of devices as defined by your plan. Sharing license keys outside your organization is prohibited.
4. Payments & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with MirrorlessBooth, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trial periods do not require payment and are not eligible for refunds.

6. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and media captured or uploaded through MirrorlessBooth. We do not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to store and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating the service (e.g., hosting galleries, generating thumbnails).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and distribute any content processed through the service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent licensing or device activation limits
- Interfere with the service infrastructure or other users
8. Limitation of Liability
MirrorlessBooth is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or damages arising from service interruptions, software bugs, or hardware incompatibilities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
